We offer telephone support for customers who have purchased a Premium hosting plan (Securehost Secure Biz and above), or ot VPS and Dedicated server customers.

Telephone support is not available to customers on our entry-level hosting plan.  For customers on this plan, please open a support ticket using our web-based support system at https://securehost.ie/support.
